PROJECT AWARDED – Foster Dam Oil Spill Prevention System Project

Northbank was awarded the Foster Dam Oil Spill Prevention System Project on a best-value basis by the United State Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District. This $2.3M project is located at Foster Dam near Sweet Home, Oregon. Work includes installation of a precast concrete building, oil water separator, overhead crane, discharge piping, sump modifications, electrical and controls. Work starts in March of 2022 and will complete in October of 2022.
