Many of the crane and hoist projects that Northbank Civil and Marine performed is to facilitate operations at the many Dams in the Northwest. The sample of projects included demolition of existing cranes, such as the Foster Dam Crane Demolition, which included concrete, mechanical and electrical demolition to remove an outdated gantry crane out of service. New installations include the Design-Build Lucky Peak Maintenance Hoist that was composed of a 15-ton gantry crane for the removal and placement of an intake gate. Northbank was recently awarded the Design-Build 40-ton Gantry Crane at Dexter Dam in the Willamette Valley. Design is currently underway with installation in 2022.
